Our Waiver and Liability forms have now gone digital.

On arrival you will be directed to a secure link to fill in the forms using your own mobile device (tablets can be provided for anyone without a mobile)

To request a copy of the liability form content to view before attending the event please email info@thelastsurvivors.co.uk and we can send a link. We do not allow forms to be filled out off site as we like to verify attendee details in person.
