Attending parties will be checked in via the name or email address submitted during booking. This email also acts as your tickets to the event, and should be accessible (either printed or shown on a mobile) as proof of your booking.
You will not be sent a physical ticket in the post. If the ticket was booked under your name but you will not be attending, members of your party will still be granted access under your name or booking email address.
If you would like a physical ticket, we do issue gift packs at an additional charge, please contact us by replying to this email and we can let you know the details.

1. YOUR BOOKING

Please reply to this email with ALL the names of the people attending if you did not include them when booking in. If this changes please let us know. Tickets are transferable between attendees.
When you arrive, you will either need the names of the party attending, email / name of the person who booked or your printed booking email.
We have a liability form that needs to be filled out once you arrive at the experience. Please READ IN FULL beforehand, you do not need to fill it out as there will be forms at the event. You will need to complete the form in full before you are allowed onto the experience.
The form can be downloaded by visiting the webpage and downloading via the link, it is a 2 page PDF document, so please read both pages in full.

2. ARRIVAL

Outpost 16 is located at Kelvedon Hatch Nuclear Bunker – CM13 0LA. Please enter from the main road, DO NOT follow signs for Clue HQ.
Please arrive NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES before your time slot. We have a large on-site free car park. If you do arrive earlier you will have to wait in your cars until the start of your time slot.
When you arrive at the bunker, you will follow the road around and down a hill. You will then reach two signs on either side of the road. Please park here not blocking the road and WAIT INSIDE YOUR CARS. There may be a soldier there to greet you depending on your arrival time. If there is no one there, please do not process further for your safety and ours.
Please DO NOT EXIT YOUR CARS until you have been met by a member of the C.I.D.C.
If you are late we will do our best to accommodate you, but if you are more than 15 minutes late we will not be able to join you with the group. If we have free slots we may be able to move you, but no refunds will be given.
WE WILL NOT ADMIT ANYONE WHO WE SUSPECT HAS BEEN DRINKING, EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY. THE LOCATION AND WEAPONS ARE DANGEROUS, AND ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

3. WHAT TO WEAR / BRING

The event will continue regardless of weather, there are sections that will be outside (although not for an extended period of time) so please wear appropriate warm / waterproof clothing and footwear.
We suggest you wear layered clothing so you can remove / add layers depending on the temperature. Some areas are likely to be dirty, https://www.sihspune.org/propecia.php including mud, soot and blood so please wear clothing that you do not mind getting soiled. You may also get a small amount of fake blood on you. This should wash off but we offer no guarantee of this.
Inside the bunker the temperature can vary day to day, and we suggest you wear layered clothing so you can remove / add layers depending on the temperature. Some areas are likely to be dirty, including dirt; dust and blood so please wear clothing that you do not mind getting soiled. You may also get a small amount of fake blood on you. This should wash off but we offer no guarantee of this.

We may have a small shop on site (most nights) stocking T-Shirts and other small items. These are available at special event prices.

6. DETAILED DIRECTIONS

Kelvedon Hatch Secret Nuclear Bunker, Ongar Road, Kelvedon Hatch Near Brentwood, Essex CM15 0LA
BY CAR:
Access is only from the A128 Ongar to Brentwood road at Kelvedon Hatch. Please note, although our address is Brentwood, we are closer to Ongar. There are brown tourist signs for Secret Nuclear Bunker from the A414 and from Brentwood High Street. On the approach to the Bunker, look out for the brown tourist signs warning “Entrance 160m” and the large brown signs for The Secret Nuclear Bunker.
From M11, Harlow, Stortford: Take the A414 (Chelmsford) to Ongar then take the A128 to Brentwood. You will turn right into the Bunker Entrance – look for brown tourist signs.
M25: Interchange with the A12, junction 28, take the A1023 to Brentwood then take the A128 to Ongar.
From Basildon, Southend, and Thurrock: Take the A128 to Brentwood, cross Wilsons Corner and take the A128 Ongar Road – look out for brown tourist signs.
SATNAV USERS:
Please use CM15 0LA then look out for the Brown Tourist Signs for the Secret Nuclear Bunker. Please note that this postcode will only bring you to within a few hundred meters of our exact location – brown signs are located 160m from the main entrance in both directions and there is a large Brown sign for The Secret Nuclear Bunker.
BY RAIL:
Brentwood Train Station (5.4 miles – 20 minutes by car approximately) and Shenfield Train Station (6.2 Miles – 20 minutes by car approximately) are the closest overground railway stations. Epping London Underground (10.7 Miles 25 minutes by car approximately) is the closest underground train station.
BY AIR:
Stanstead Airport is the closest airport (20.8 miles – 35 minutes by car approximately)
STAYING LOCALLY:
Brentwood Premier Inn (around ?57 per night – 5.3 miles – 20 minutes by car approximately)
Best Western Ivy Hill (around ?80 per night – 10 miles – 20 minutes by car approximately)
