Our Gift Packs contain a PERSONALISED ticket, with your Unique booking ID and Name. The pack also contains a C.I.D.C Document wallet with Mission Intel, an A3 Helpful Guide Poster and a Syringe Pen (colour may vary).
We are also offering PDF documents ONLY. These are emailed to the booking email address. These emailed documents will NOT include the wallet, poster or syringe pen as we can’t email those!
If you would like individual personalised packs, they should be purchased individually, packs valid for two people can be customised above.
All the information on the experience is contained, along with instructions on how to redeem the voucher. Our gift certificates are valid for 6 months from when they were purchased. Our current dates are displayed on the website, and are released quarterly, although we have dates booked until the end of 2019.
Our shipping is via DPD 24hr. Deliveries WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. Please make sure your address is entered correctly during checkout. If you have any more questions please do not hesitate to ask. Please view our FAQ for any more information about the experience.
Please note these are valid from 6 months from the date of purchase (and your date must fall within those 6 months) redeemable via your unique ID number issued with each pack.
*As packs are personalised the turnaround time is 2 working days from order to delivery. Please contact us if you need the pack by a certain date.
We are constantly adding dates, normally 2/3 Saturday, and Sunday events each month. Please make sure you or your recipient can attend one of the scheduled dates before buying a certificate.
